ರಾಷ್ಟೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪಿಡಿಐಟಿ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವ

ರಾಷ್ಟೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪಿಡಿಐಟಿ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವ ಹೊಸಪೇಟೆ ೧೫ - ೦೭ - ೨೦೨೦ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ೫೦ರ , ಹೊಸಪೇಟೆಯಿಂದ ಹುನಗುಂದದವರೆಗಿನ 97 ಕಿಮೀ ಉದ್ದದ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಸಪೇಟೆಯ ಪ್ರೌಢದೇವರಾಯ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯವು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪಿಡಿಐಟಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ ಡಾ.ಎಸ್ಎಂ ಶಶಿಧರ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎನ್‌ಎಚ್‌ಎಐನ ಹೊಸಪೇಟೆಯ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಘಟಕದ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಅಜಯ್ ಮಣಿಕುಮಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಡಿಐಟಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ ಡಾ.ಎಸ್ಎಂ ಶಶಿಧರ್ ಆವರು ಇಂದು ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೇಶದ ರಸ್ತೆ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯತ್ತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು ಎನ್‌ಎಚ್‌ಎಐನ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪಿಡಿಐಟಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ ಡಾ.ಎಸ್ಎಂ ಶಶಿಧರ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ೪೫೦ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ೬೬ ಹಾಗು ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮೂರು ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎನ್‌ಎಚ್‌ಎಐ ಇದೇ ಬಗೆಯ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವ ದರ್ಜೆಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ಜಾಲ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಎನ್‌ಎಚ್‌ಎಐ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಲ್ಲ...

Ashwini Angadi was felicitated by the UN

In a story of remarkable grit and resolve a visually challenged young woman from Chellagurki village in Bellary made a journey to New York, U.S.A. Ashwini Angadi, the 23-year-old national facilitator with Young Voices, was among seven young women who were chosen for the United Nations Special Envoy for Global Education’s Gordon Brown Youth Achiever’s Award. The award was given away on July 12 as part of Malala Day celebrations. Speaking to The Hindu , Ms. Angadi said that she was born with the impairment. Her family, though despondent at first, supported her and admitted her to the Ramana Maharishi School for the Blind. She stayed at the hostel in J.P. Nagar and stood first in her school in the SSLC examination.
