Proudhadevaraya Institute of Technology (PDIT) is a premier Engineering College in central Karnataka, established in 1997. Proudhadevaraya was a famous emperor of Vijayanagar during 15th century. PDIT is located in a sprawling campus of over 19 Acres of Land at Hosapete, near the world heritage site town of Hampi.
