It is hereby informed to all final year engineering students that ASPIRING MINDS has conducted AMCAT test in our campus in the previous semester. Those who wish to take Re-Assessment ( second attempt ) are hereby informed to register in the placement cell on or before 12.02.2015.
Those who wish to take first attempt test , are also informed to register.
The registration fees for AMCAT test is Rs. 1000/- per student.

About AMCAT: AMCAT is a 3 hours Computer Adaptive Test, developed by IIT, MIT(USA) alumni and with wide acceptance in industry from companies such as HCL Technologies, I-Gate, Sonata Software, Ericsson, Accenture, Microsoft research, Sapient, Mphasis and HP, Evalueserve, etc. for hiring of fresh talent.
AMCAT consist of Aptitude, Skill and Personality modules.
Short listing Process- How companies use AMCAT to hire?
a) Companies accept AMCAT as the standard to filter and shortlist candidates for interviewing and hiring.
b) Companies use Aspiring Minds online portal to shortlist students according to their AMCAT scores. Based on the candidates short listed, they either visit the campus or call students to a centralized location to interview them.
